Modlr provides a 3D printing cost estimation tool, a model search aggregator, and AI-powered market analysis for 3D designs. The Service is provided "as is" and intended for informational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payments

  • Pro Plan: Modlr offers a paid subscription ("Pro Plan") that provides additional features such as advanced AI insights and increased usage limits.
  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your user profile. Your access to Pro features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights and ownership of any 3D files (STL, OBJ, etc.) you upload to the Service. Modlr does not claim ownership of your user content. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze the files solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. MODLR MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY OF COST ESTIMATES, PRINT TIME CALCULATIONS, OR AI MARKET PREDICTIONS.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Failed 3D prints or wasted material.
  • Financial losses incurred based on our market analysis estimations.
  • Damage to 3D printing hardware.

7. Third-Party Links

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Thingiverse, Cults3D, Sketchfab) that are not owned or controlled by Modlr. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
